Ringo's Agenda: Movie, Music, But No Beatles

LOS ANGELES — "No, it's not getting back together, I promise you, not this year, folks," said Ringo Starr, who should know whether "it," the Beatles, will reunite. Ringo's presence in L.A., before flying to Atlanta with Harry Nilsson for the April 19th premiere of their Son Of Dracula film, did get him into the Burbank studios on the Nilsson sessions produced by John Lennon. And one of the visitors during his stay with Lennon at a Santa Monica beach house was Paul McCartney. But despite the latest flurry of Beatles rumors, all of this was just a gathering of old friends.
