THE INDIGO Girls' Seattle debut last February at the Moore came as more than a little surprise to their audience, mainly because there was no indication — from newspaper ads, the theater marquee, or the promoter — that the folk-pop duo were going to be the opening act for that night's headliners, the Hothouse Flowers.
