Hamish Ironside

Hamish Ironside

Hamish was born in Reading in 1971 and is the co-author (with Gavin Hogg) of We Peaked at Paper: An Oral History of British Zines. He works as a freelance editor and runs Boatwhistle Books as a labour of love. He produced five issues of his Saudade fanzine in the '90s. His poems have appeared in The Guardian and Poetry Review, and Iron Press have published two books of his haikus. He owns every album the Thrills ever made.
