WHAT A grotty emporium is the Rock Garden! What does the name conjure up but images of a pile of stones where there should be blossoming blooms? Where else could a support band called Rhythmic Itch play so badly that a friend had to come on to play guitar on 'Walk On By' and yet still get cheered for an encore. Maybe the fact that they were three scantily clad girls had something to do with it. Sometimes I'm ashamed to be a man, but glad I'm not a girl. Tricky isn't it?
