Smashing Pumpkins are from Chicago and they prove more than our expectations (a combination of Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Levitation and that Sub-poppy thang). Imagine Soundgarden fronted by a Morrison/Bolan, if it's not too much for your senses.
