Silibil n' Brains: Rap stars straight outta Dundee

THEY SHOULD HAVE been huge. Silibil n' Brains arrived in the UK in 2004, a pair of white Californian rappers: a double Eminem or two thirds of the Beastie Boys. They were funny and just a bit out of control, and all their songs were dumb anthems with titles such as 'Your Mums' and 'Play With Myself'. They signed up with Jonathan Shalit, the manager behind Charlotte Church and N-Dubz, then with Sony. They played club dates, shot a TV pilot, rampaged through London and created all sorts of industry buzz. Then, as suddenly as they'd appeared, they disappeared.
