PREVIOUS (AUTO)BIOGRAPHIES of Honeyboy Edwards and Henry Townsend have established the format followed by this one and like the editors of the above works, Richard Congress has strived to maintain elements of the vernacular in his tale. But Yank Rachell's memory wasn't the equal of Edwards' and as a staunch family man, he wasn't as comfortable when sailing close to the wind as Townsend was.
