Maria Muldaur: Bottom Line, New York

Toby Goldstein, Sounds, 17 April 1976

DRESSED IN a tight-fitting black lacy sweater, blue jeans and wall-to-wall confidence, Maria Muldaur sauntered on to the Bottom Line stage and made everyone feel welcome with a warm and sincere smile. She's much more sure of herself in a cabaret setting and filled the Bottom Line with tight melody and rhythm that had often been dispersed in larger halls.

Total word count of piece: 323
