Hell Is for Heroes: The Neon Handshake

Caroline Sullivan, The Guardian, 31 January 2003

NAMED AFTER A 1962 STEVE MCQUEEN war film, this London "post-hardcore" five-piece sound authentically irritated. Is it because their skater-boy wallet chains are slapping against their baggy trousers? Or is singer Justin Schlosberg simply put out by being forced to scale the heights of hysteria 30 seconds into every number?

Total word count of piece: 134
