LEROY SIBBLES is the nearest thing I've ever encountered to a Jamaican reggae man acid casualty. That is to say, while obviously intelligent, he twitches like crazy all the time he's talking to you, and spends half his time groping for words to express the concept that's obviously struggling to emerge from his brain cells.
