Bryan Ferry: A Perverse Romance

BRYAN FERRY, born in Newcastle, England, would make a perfect matinee idol. But though he has all the attributes — handsome, suave, with a slow-spreading, white-toothed smile, fashionable clothes and a puckish who-cares air — Ferry is not a household word in these parts. And it is unlikely that Manifesto, his eighth "reunion" LP with Roxy Music, will Framptonize him or the group.
