IT WOULD have been so easy and so obvious to give the third degree treatment to one of these hard-sell publicists who daily hog the NME phones. Instead I have chosen B.P. Fallon, "Beep" to his friends — and that's the whole point — because of his genuinely dedicated approach to his artists, King Crimson and T. Rex, he has done more good where others often can harm their acts.
