Bill DeYoung

Based in Savannah, Ga., Bill DeYoung has been a music journalist since the late 1970s. He recently left daily newspapers after 30 years, figuring enough was enough, and is working fulltime as a freelance writer. He has written liner notes for more than 100 CDs, including the Cat Stevens box set, Chicago's Only the Beginning, 40th Anniversary Edition and Stone of Sisyphus, The Rockets, Ides of March: Friendly Strangers, Black Oak Arkansas' Complete Raunch & Roll Live and The .38 Special Anthology.
