IT MAY HAVE been The Last Pop Festival. I mean, they didn't even call it a pop festival, but that's clearly what it was — a ten-group, day-long, 200,000-people-or-so gathering in the rain (and hence the mud) at the Mt. Pocono Speedway in the very heart (or was it gut) of Eastern Pennsylvania.
