ANOTHER BAHAMIAN excursion for Talking Heads' Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth; another Tom Tom Club album. Chris and Tina, assorted sisters and brothers, producer Steven Stanley, and an ace band stir up a melting pot of sensual styles: calypso, funk, spacefunk, and reggae. They aim more at the hips and the feet than at the brain, and at their best are as bright as the cartoon sun on the album cover.
