IT'S NO accident that the tinny PA at the tacky Whisky was blasting out the Rolling. Stones' 'All Down The Line' prior to the Saturday night kick-off of Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers' exhilarating set of rock 'n' roll magic. If any current band bears justified comaprisons to the Stones, it has to be Petty and his merry pranksters.
