EXACTLY THIRTY YEARS AGO, Harry Rodger Webb was stripped of his prefect's badge for playing truant from school and going to a cinema in Edmonton to watch visiting American rock 'n' roll stars Bill Haley And The Comets. You might say that the experience changed his life. One year later, Cliff Richard And The Drifters (later The Shadows) recorded 'Move It' at Abbey Road.
