IT WAS one of the funniest cartoons I have ever seen. A mother is standing there, looking rather alarmed, holding on to her son whose body is shaking violently and whose lips have swelled out to enormous sausage-like proportions. "I'm afraid, madam," a pop-eyed doctor is telling her, "that your son is suffering from a bad attack of the Mick Jaggers!"
