THE RAYBEATS, uniformed and partly choreographed, the second on. Greeted by a small crowd huddled at the front of the seatless stalls, they are brave, good-hearted and optimistic. They're so unsuited to the place, it's pathetic. But, the troupers, they blow eagerly, only occasionally losing patience with the sound quality and the dubious circumstances — ping!
