WITHOUT A doubt, Tanya Tucker is singing better than ever on this album, her third. Nobody, but nobody, can cram as much emotion into a tune as she can, especially with that quaver she's got in her voice (a lot of people like to mention Brenda Lee in connection with that, but I believe she never quite mastered the technique the way Tanya has).
