LOOPHOLES AND repression being what they are, an Alabama county recently admitted that according to local legal dictates, it was illegal for any baby in the area to be born naked. The plop from womb to playpen required at the very least a firmly buckled set of underwear, not too snug mind, but enough to assist in the continued adherence to public decency.
