Studio 54: Innocent Until Proven Decadent
Richard Goldstein, The Village Voice, 25 December 1978

Decadence is, now as ever, in the mind of the beholder. Certain natives of the Sahel might find nothing more corrupt than a corned beef sandwich in the hands of a New York socialist. On the other hand, certain New York socialists take umbrage at the sight of Bianca Jagger posing en flagrante for the press.
