TWO BOUTS of middle-aged hysteria within the space of seven days is surely almost more than the body can decently stand. Still shell-shocked from religious fervour at full steam for Frank Sinatra at the Royal Festival Hall, one was knocked sideways by yet more of the same for Shirley Bassey at London's newly-renovated Art Deco and chintz auditorium, The Apollo.
