IT IS NOT OFTEN that a salsa concert takes a break for a bagpipe solo, but that juxtaposition is Salsa Celtica's unique selling point. As the name suggests, the 12-piece Edinburgh band mix Latin rhythms such as rumba and son with traditional Scottish sounds.
