AT ABOUT 3 pm the Sunday before last, one American rhythm 'n' blues pioneer and six British beer 'n' peanut-circuit musicians got together for the first time. Less than seven hours later a well-nigh capacity crowd at London's 100 Club was jumping for joy that Good Rockin' Brown was back in town. And kept on jumping 'til we were all slung out at closing time.
