LET IT ROCK recently got hold of a bundle of old publicity photos that Decca was throwing out and the fascinating thing (apart from the glossies of a pre-teen Marc Bolan and an adolescent Rod Stewart) was the incredible number of sixties groups Decca had on their books that I'd never heard of in the first place let alone forgotten. Where did they come from? What's happened to them? How did they manage to tickle the record company's fancy?
