WELL, THEY started off as the original Richmond rough-house rock band and progressed through all the trends and bends and drug numbers and delicious outrage to become the high priests of Teenage Wasteland, exuding their very own brand of hoodlum existentialism and outlaw chic. And now — after what must qualify as the longest and strangest trip in the whole schizo crazy world of good old rock n' roll, they've just gone right back and decided to rip the joint.
