RIK GUNNELL, who died recently aged 75 in the Austrian ski resort of Kitzbuhel, where he owned and ran a bar called The Londoner, was one of the breed of colourful music-bizentrepreneurs that operated in London's Swinging '60s heyday, best known for his stewardship of the All-Nighter — operating on the premises of the Flamingo in Wardour Street — and its resident star Georgie Fame.
