IF YOU TURN up at the famous Track office in Soho's historic Old Compton Street, you're sure of a big surprise – there's a glitzy sign saying "Charisma Records." Anyway, the real address is somewhere else entirely. And once you sort out this mystery and get to the correct place, it's but a short delay before Pete Townshend bustles in, accompanied by a large furry object answering to the name of Towser.
