IF NOTHING else 1966 has certainly, so far, been a time of exciting new changes and discoveries in the ever-expanding R&B world. At last people are beginning to sit up and take notice of the host of previously unknown artists, such as Z.Z. Hill, of whom nobody had heard until his 'HAVE MERCY SOMEONE' was released on the small R&B Discs label. And with the comparatively old, sparkling new names have come to the attention of R&B fans in this country.
