THE NEW ORLEANS Jazz & Heritage Festival makes most British music festivals, even the Readings and Glastonburys, look a bit sick by comparison. It's not so much the sheer size of the event – although the racetrack on which it takes place is, admittedly, enormous – as the range and scope of the music on offer.
