ROCK 'N' ROLL can be a rough-and-tumble game, increasingly so in these days of moshing, a highly aggressive dance-cum-contact sport that often takes place in front of the stage during hard rock, heavy metal and alternative rock shows. There can be a very fine line between acceptable aggression and unacceptable aggression. How far is too far? And who makes the rules?
