ANYBODY WHO EVER WONDERED how Marti Pellow managed to live with himself after producing the excruciating 'Love Is All Around' — 14 weeks at number one — finally has the answer. Marti ended up on heroin. The news of his addiction (revealed in 1999) shocked fans of his band Wet Wet Wet's squeakier-than-clean image, but at least provided an answer for the rest of us.
