ASK JAZZ SINGER and songwriter Mark Winkler which of his parents he favors and he's unequivocal.  "Oh, I'm definitely my mother's son," he grins.  "My dad was a sweet guy; very philosophical.  He was a rabbi's son and I think he wanted to be a rabbi.  But my mother taught me a lot about singing from an early age."
