King's X: Gretchen Goes To Nebraska (Megaforce)

VERNON REID loves them. Billy Sheehan loves them. The British heavy metal bible Kerrang! voted their debut "Best Album of 1988." But if King's X's second album Gretchen Goes Jo Nebraska still hasn't gotten the royal treatment at home in the States, it may be because their sound (progressive funk metal) and image (one scalped black guy and two white hippies) don't fit neatly into any format.
