GEORGIE FAME is not very well known in America — his appeal has been sporadic at best. In 1964, with the British wave his recording of 'Yeh Yeh' hit the American charts. But since that time he has not been able to sustain his English following in this country. Now, back on the top of the charts with 'Ballad of Bonnie and Clyde' Georgie Fame is concentrating on cultivating America.
