EMITT RHODES' new LP is a one-man job that sounds like Paul McCartney's first solo effort. That crossed my mind to the point of mentioning it to a friend even before checking the album credits that list Rhodes as writing and arranging all the songs, playing all the instruments and doing all the vocals.
