IT COULD TAKE the Rolling Stones' new double-album Exile On Main Street, says NME's ROY CARR, to awaken those members of the rock nation so far unaffected by the boppin' n' stompin' of the Bolan brigade. He feels that with this new collection of 18 cuts, the Stones have come up with their finest offering since Beggars' Banquet, and this week he spoke to KEITH RICHARDS "somewhere in Europe".
