'The Perfect Romance' is in the old style of Doll By Doll aural agony... which ain't that surprising seeing's the song dates back from the earliest days of Doll By Doll. It's a collaboration between Jackie Leven and Claire Verve, another (like manager Bruce) who's stuck with the band through thick and thin (and now works for Judy Totton).
