DEE DEE'S second album since coming out of retirement and the biggest puzzle in my mind is simply why this superlative set didn't make the big time in the States. From just about every standpoint, it is every bit as good and commercial as albums that currently grace America's Top 20 and since Dee Dee is Kenny Gamble's wife, I'm sure that nothing was spared to help get this album on the right track.
