LONDON — Eyes moist with tears of humility but with handshakes firm and sincere the publicist and the lawyer and the agent and their coiffured ladies congratulated the still-perspiring group on their US debut at the Fillmore East. The dressing room was filled with the right words. "It's an honor and a privilege to know ya," said the chorus. That was last April. Brinsley Schwarz had landed in New York from London via the biggest hype ever known to the British record industry.
