SO MANY bands have broken up in the past, or experienced ill-feeling within the ranks because some of the members have felt restricted, tied-down, perhaps, to a successful formula. Genesis are lucky. They are successful but there are avenues for escape, always handy even when the music is as rewarding as the material Genesis employs.
