FIRST THE BEATLES, then Gerry and the Pacemakers. Now a new Liverpool name, Billy J. Kramer, looks set to take the NME Chart by storm in the next few weeks. Released last Friday, his 'Do You Want To Know A Secret' has jumped straight into the list at No. 22.
