THINGS DO tend to get adequately surreal the second you step off the plane into the snowy lunar landscape of Iceland, so by the time local heroines Bellatrix take the stage the fact that they're playing in a pristine wooden hut to an audience including pensioners and toddlers barely raises an eyebrow.
