These days, the big buzz is from his disciples, whether former protégées like Wendy and Lisa or eager competitors like Alexander O'Neal and his producers, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Regardless of loyalties or lineage, though, Prince still throws an awfully long shadow across the Minneapolis scene.
