WHEN IT comes to the subject of owning-up-time, I suppose we've all got to admit to having a dusty, decaying skeleton hanging up in our cupboard. One which we either choose to ignore, or better still, forget, as just being a regrettable relic of the dim, dark past. Yet subconsciously, we still have an inbred fear that one day it will be exposed to public viewing.
