HERE THEY are again. Norway's finest and the group who cleaned up after the chart fragmentation of Culture Club, Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran, a-ha are now so famous that grungy rock stars have taken to using them as synonyms for all which they oppose: "We're not sodding a-ha!" they rage, wistfully.
