Terry Reid
Robert Webb, The Independent, 3 July 2007
IT'S THE MIDDLE of the day in Palm Desert, California, 104 degrees and rising. Terry Reid, rock legend, is out by the pool, sucking on cigarettes and chatting amiably about the weather and a career as a rock vocalist and guitarist that stretches back four decades. He chuckles down the phone, explaining how he has to keep dodging under the overhang to escape the heat. "Yeah, I'm a legend in me own yard," he quips, with typical modesty. "It's a big yard, though," he concedes.
