THE SCOTS Hoose is a pub in Cambridge Circus. But if you go upstairs any Tuesday evening, you might as well be a million miles from the centre of London. It's a smoke-filled crowded room up there, but it becomes strangely hushed when a young man picks up his guitar and begins to sing.
